Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess PG Degree/ Diploma in any discipline/ MBA with at least minimum 7 years of post-qualification relevant experience in development project for S.No.1 post, PG in any discipline/ MBA with at least minimum 7 years of post-qualification relevant experience in development project for S.No.2 post, PG degree/ diploma in Rural management/ rural development/ MBA/ Social Work/ PG in any discipline with minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience in promoting and strengtening of SHGs for S.No.3, 4 & 5 posts, candidate should have experience in financial management, budget preparation, meeting statutory requirements and financial compliance preferably for a large rural development project for S.No.6 post.
Note: Bihar Govt. Reservation policy applies. Only qualified candidates will be called in in a phased manner.
Selection Process: Short listed candidates will be called for Selection Tests.
