Age Limit: Candidates minimum age should be 18 years & maximum 64 years as on 01-01-2015.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBA (HR) & 01 year Computer Diploma/ Certificate in Computer knowledge for S.No.1 post, MBA OR MSW & 01 year Computer Diploma for S.No.2 post, Graduation & PGDCA/ BCA for S.No.3 post, B.Com & 01 year Computer Diploma for S.No.4 post, PG Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Counseling for S.No.5 post, B.Sc Nursing OR GNM Course for S.No.6 post, 12th standard with ANM for S.No.7 post. Selection Process: Selection will be based on Screening test, Skill test/ Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates (For < 25000/- salary per month) have to pay Rs. 200/- for PH/ SC/ ST/ Women candidates & Rs. 400/- for Others, Candidates (For > 25000/- salary per month) have to pay Rs. 350/- for PH/ SC/ ST/ Women candidates & Rs. 650/- for Others through Demand Draft, in any Nationalized Bank in favour of “District Health Society, Non NRHM Fund, Raigarh”. All the candidates have to pay Bank Charges along with Demand Draft.
