Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18 – 45 years as on 01-01-2015. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10+2  from a recognized Board of School Education/ University with One year diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology from a recognized University/ Institution & Computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Objective type screening test & Interview of those who qualify objective type screening test.

Application Form & Fee: Application forms are available in all the post offices/ sub post offices of Himachal Pradesh. The cost of application form is 360/- for General Category Candidates and 120/- for reserved categories. Ex-Servicemen and visually handicapped candidates are exempted from examination fee.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format along with attested copies of age proof, qualification certificates/ mark sheets, caste certificate, One window envelope after affixing postal stamps of Rs. 6/- or of prevalent rate, One passport size recent photograph, Acknowledgement Card after affixing postal stamps of Rs. 6/- or of prevalent rate, etc & other relevant documents on or before 02-06-2015 & for Lahaul & Spiti District, Kinnaur District, Pangi & Bharmour Sub-Divisions of Chamba District and Dodra Kawar Sub-Division of Shimla District of Himachal Pradesh on or before 08-06-2015 to the Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur (Himachal Pradesh) – 177 001.
