Stenographer Recruitment in Assam Secretariat 2015

Government of Assam, Secretariat Administration (Estt) Department, Dispur has issued notification for the recruitment of 44 Stenographer vacancies. Eligible candidates may send their applications on or before 12-06-2015.

1. Stenographer Gr-III (E): 25 Posts
2. Stenographer Gr-III (L): 19 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 38 years as on 01-01-2015. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Passed Degree Examination or an equivalent examination from a recognized university, should have computer knowledge in Windows & MS Office.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of dictation test & composition test.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application along with attested copies of 2 copies of passport size photograph should be pasted on the application form, one self addressed pre-stamped (Rs.5/-) envelope of 11 CM X 25 CM size (approx), qualification certificates/ mark sheets, caste certificate, computer literacy certificate etc & other relevant documents in an envelop should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Stenographer Gr-III” by post to the Sd/- BC Boarh, Senior Special Officer (Stenography) & Member-Secretory, Selection Board, Secretariat Administration Department, Block-A, 2nd Floor, Assam Secretariat, Dispur, Guwahati-781006 on or before 12-06-2015.
