Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in Mech/ Marine Engineering & MEO-2nd Class/ MEO 3rd Class CE (NCV) with Three years sea service as Chief Engineer or 05 years sea service as Second Engineer of a vessel having power up to 3000 KV.
