Jharkhand Space Applications Centre (JSAC), Ranchi has issued notification for the recruitment of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) & Junior Research Fellow (JRF) vacancies for the projects “Generation of Basic Thematic Layers on 1:2000 scale for 10 cities of Jharkhand using QuickBird/ WorldView Data” & “Tele-education” on contract basis. Eligible candidates can apply online from 15-06-2015 at 11.00 AM to 30-06-2015 at 04.00 PM.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.Sc or M.Tech in Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geoinformatics with first class and B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Sc in Electronics & Communication or Electronics from recognized university with relevant experiences.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 500/- (for General), Rs. 300/- (for OBC) through Demand Draft in favour of Director, Jharkhand Space Applications Centre, payable at Ranchi. No application fee for ST/ SC/ PH candidates.
