Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL) has given a notification for the recruitment of Assistant Law Officer (Company Secretarial) vacancies on contract basis at Corporate Office. Eligible candidates may apply online from 07-08-2015 at 10:30 AM to 27-08-2015 at 06:00 PM.

Name of the Post: Assistant Law Officer (Company Secretarial)

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 30 years as on 07-08-2015. Age relaxation will be 5 years for woman candidates & for departmental candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess LLB with minimum 60% marks from Govt. recognized university with regular course or Five years integrated course in law & Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on online test/ written test/ interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay of Rs. 500/- (per Candidate) plus Bank charges of Rs. 60/- shall be paid by the applicant to the SBI over.
