Zilla Swasthya Samiti, Jajpur has released notification for the recruitment of Pharmacist (District Cadre) vacancies on contractual basis through direct recruitment. Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed application format on or before 03-09-2015.

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21-32 years as on the date of advertisement. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women/ Sportsmen/ Ex-Servicemen/ PwD candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education Odisha/ Equivalent and diploma in pharmacy from any of the three medical colleges & Hospitals of the State/ any other recognized private institutions duly approved by A.I.C.T.E and examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on career assessment, interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format affixing attested recent passport size colour Photograph on it, attested copies of all relevant certificates, one self addressed envelope (Size 24″ x 10″) with postage stamp of Rs. 25/- through speed/ Registered post only to the O/o Chief District Medical Officer, Jajpur on or before 03-09-2015. Superscribe the envelope as “Post Applying for Pharmacist-DDC”.
