 Indian Railway, Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW), Varanasi has published a notification for the recruitment of Cultural Quota vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application format on or before 30-10-2015.

2. Folk Dance Genre (Vidha)

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18 to 29 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is applicable upto 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as on Central Government rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess posses Diploma/ Degree in Tabla from recognized university for S.No- 1 and dance Genre (Vidha) with specialization in Sugam Sangit Gayaki, Diploma/ Degree from recognized university in singing or dancing for S.No- 2.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Screening test and talent in relevant field.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- through Postal Order/ Bank draft drawn in favour of F.A & C.A.O. DLW/ VARANASI. No fee for SC/ ST/ Women for Unreserved/OBC candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format along with recent passport size photograph, two self addressed envelopes (one stamped of Rs. 5/- & one unstamped), copies of relevant documents and in an envelope should be superscribed as the “Application for Recruitment in Cultural Quota 2015-16″ to the General Manager/ Personnel, Recruitment Section, DLW/ VARANASI-221004 on or before 30-10-2015.
