Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit is 50 years as on 20-10-2015. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates as per Government Guidelines.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess BE/ B.Tech in Cilvil Engineering from a UGC AICTE recognized University/ Institute for Deputy General Manager, MBA with Specialization in HR/ HRM/ HRD/ Personnel Management/ PM & IR or PG Degree/ PG Diploma in HR/ HRM/ HRD/ PM/ PM & IR from a UGC/ AICTE recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks for Manager (HR) with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicant’s performance in written test and/ or interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- (general & OBC) by demand draft drawn in favour of Central Railside warehouse company Ltd and payable at New Delhi. No fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ PWD candidates.
