Office of the Deputy Commissioner & Chairman District Health Society (South Andaman), Andaman and Nicobar Administration has released notification for the recruitment of Medical Officer, Public Health Nurse, Staff Nurse, Ophthalmaic Assistant vacancies on contract basis in the District Health Society, South Andaman under National Health Mission. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed format on or before 27-11-2015 by 05:00 P.M.

1. Medical Officer: 01 Post
2. Public Health Nurse: 05 Posts
3. Staff Nurse: 02 Posts
4. Ophthalmaic Assistant: 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-65 years for post 1, not below 18 years for post 2, 3, 4.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS or equivalent Degree for post 1, passed All India Senior School Certificate Examination(10+2) with Diploma in General Nursing/ Ophthalmaic Assistant for post 2, 4, Matriculation or its equivalent with B.Sc Nursing for post 3.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on trade test/ interview.
