 Northeast Frontier Railway has published a notification for the recruitment of Scouts & Guides Quota vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed format on or before 12-01-2016 by 17:30 hrs & 21-01-2016 for remote areas. O

1. Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-: 02 Posts
2. Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-: 10 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 32 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is applicable upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ ST candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation/ 10th or its equivalent plus ITI/ Act Apprenticeship in relevant Trade, approved by NCVT/ SCVT or 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent for S.No- 1 and Matriculation or ITI or equivalent for S.No- 2.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on educational qualification, Scouting Skill Assessment, Personality Test, Written Test & Interview

Examination Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- through IPO drawn in favour of FA&CAO/NF Railway, and payable at Maligaon Post Office, Guwahati-781011. No fee for SC/ ST/ Women/ Minority and Economically Backward classes.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format along with three recent passport size photographs duly attested by a gazetted officer, attested copies of all relevant certificates, one self-addressed stamped of Rs. 6/- envelope (size 24×10 cm) through ordinary post to Asstt. Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Northeast Frontier Railway HQ, Maligaon, Guwahati-781011 (Assam) Or dropped in the Application Box in the Recruitment Section in the Office of Chief Personnel Officer, NF Railway HQ, Maligaon, Guwahati (Assam) on or before 12-01-2016 by 17:30 hrs & 21-01-2016 for remote areas.
